It is hereby understood and agreed that by providing their personal information to Re-ignite, whether verbally or in writing, candidates assent:
- to the information being filed on our systems and to it being made available to businesses and their staff for the purposes of finding employment.
- that the act of submitting the information serves as acknowledgement that the content so given is true and correct.
- that Re-ignite may check and confirm the information with previous employers, business associates or other interested 3rd parties.
- that while Re-ignite will make every effort to find employment for the candidates, there are no guarantees that they will receive interviews or offers of employment.
Apart from serving as the ‘matchmaker’, Re-ignite is not party to any discussions or agreements reached between employers and candidates and cannot be held responsible or liable for any disputes, losses or claims which may arise between the 2 parties.
